objective c - iphone SDK confusion -

I accidentally deleted my SDK 3.0 directory, thinking I did not need it Now when I launch a project and I compile it says that my base SDK is missing.

Where can I download 3.0 sdk? Are all 3.2 and 4 beta SDX available in Dev Center?

3.2 In SDK you also need to develop for earlier versions too.
