I have a webservice and I have noticed that after executing the webservice some of the DLLs are logged in the wwwroot folder Are there.

After the restart of the PC, the problem is resolved.

Do I have something in my code that releases DLS?

Iisreset / stop will close iIS and will release DLL's IIS will restart the backup.

If you recycle an application pool, then Lock of DLL will be released until no one kills your website again, and receives a new lock.
