Rails, my stylesheet disappears magically? -

OK I just started a rail project ... when I initially load the page it is styled Because it is considered as it is considered. When I refresh the stylesheet, any code disappears without changing it, I thought it was an html / css error, but if I close my browser and open it again then the page looks fine. is. So it's not like I'm in Dev mode so I do not think this is a cash problem. It happens in both Firefox and Chromium.
