wireless - Gobi 2000 WWAN Adapter C# SDK -

We have some software that is running on a mobile device (Panasonic Bookbook) on Windows 7, Need to start a 3G connection.

The WWAn adapter in question is a Gobi 2000. Is there any way to directly control the adapter from the net or should we return to Windows to begin the connection (battery life is important) as necessary.
