django, postgresql: moving dumped database data from one machine to another -

I am trying to move other data from postgrasclass database to second place. However, when syncdb is run on the dynamo, it inserts some values ​​into the database. When I then want to incorporate a dump into the database, I get conflicts. What is the correct way to move any data from another database created into another?

Get rid of SyncEdb, instead dump a normal database and restore it to another database
