version control - Is it possible to import files from one SVN repository to another using TortoiseSVN? -

I have many different SVN repositories locally on my machine and I only have Tortoise S client functionality without a SVN server backend. I use.

Now I want to merge these treasures with the revision history of individual files Is it possible only with TortoiseSVN or SVN?

Edit: It seems that what I want to accomplish is the best thing to use and keep using a repository for each project.

It is possible to merge two treasures (even if you do not use a server).
