Can someone recommend to me the open source format conversion library? Optimized for SSE, SSE 2

Format for conversion: I420, YUY2, RGB (16-bit, 32-bit).

Only found VirtualDub Kasumi library.

Look at FFMPG, which is licensed under the terms of LGPL.

I'm not sure if libswsccale will compile with MSVC (this would not possibly be), but you always use MSYS / Mingw to collect Libscadesell in a shared library and use it in your MSVC project. Can do to
