kernel - Reliability of UDP on localhost -

I know that UDP is inherently underlying, but when connecting to a local host, I hope the kernel connection is different Handles because everything can happen internally, in this special case, is UDP considered a reliable protocol, or will the kernel still junk some packets when the burner is over?

I repeat a related question. To be portable, always hope for your UDP sockets or get from order data.
