Ruby environment messed up, How to uninstall ruby-gems-rails from Leopard? -

In my Mac Leopard all messes in my Ruby environment and I want to uninstall the entire Rabi, Mani stack and I want to re-establish them from scratch. How can I do this? Please point me to good resources on the net.
