mingw - How to use iconv in Qt? -

I have installed and got libiconv-2.dll in the mingw part of the qt distribution.

How can I use it (I'm not getting icon. H)?

Is the iconov library a stable version?

I believe the iconv library is used by QT for functions if you If you are already using QT, then its Unicode functions can also be used because they are easier to work on.
