file upload - ASP.NET FileUpload -

Greetings!

I am using ASP.NET fileUpload control so that users can upload text files to our web server

but we seem to have caught the guard by a simple warning Gone: The original timestamp's original timestamp, which we wanted all to do great work in the case of saving the file. The uploaded file was lost, such as the last date and date was created. The revised date and actual date and time on the last date were created when the file was saved on the server.

My question is, is there any way to maintain the original timestamp by setting some features, which I do not know yet or to get the original time stamp to read the file's metadata possible?

Any in-sight and suggestions are highly appreciated.

John

Unless the file is being uploaded in the format This data is not there, then not.

When a file is uploaded to a web server, the binary data is sent to the file for the file, not the "file" as it is displayed in the file system. For example, you do not know that your file is coming from a compatible file system; Because you only get its data, metadata is inaccessible.
