Need help to begin with Eclipse RCP -

O people, I'm just getting started in Eclipse RCP, I find it hard to understand the concepts. Actually, I am trying to make a button, someone has given a good suggestion about how to start with RCP.

Both are up-to-date and completely complete, and Its code has been updated to E4, which includes its E4 CSS spy and other Eclipse e4 tools.
