polygon - SQL Geography River Removal -

How can you remove 'hole' / linestrings / .etc from a geography compilation? Secondary, how do you get involved in MPolygons do not pierce a polygon?

We have a zipcode role for a geographic map, but we have a hole in shape. It did the research and that, but I could not find any good way to remove the inner hole.

Convexhall forms a funky shape that is not really what we want or the target area to close 'fit' together so that they can see the human map on the map.

Regular helps, but it does not remove everything. I really just want an external envelope that minute (short) convex only if there are 2 polygons next to each other.

Thoughts? Redirect?
